Job Description

Join a vibrant team dedicated to helping customers find their perfect vehicle while building a rewarding career in the automotive sector. This entry-level role focuses on creating memorable showroom experiences and achieving personal growth through hands-on learning and mentorship in a market-leading dealership.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet walk-in customers and conduct professional consultations to understand their automotive needs.

  • Perform detailed product demonstrations and vehicle walk-arounds to highlight key features and technology.

  • Facilitate and accompany customers on test drives while providing a safe and informative experience.

  • Manage the complete sales lifecycle from lead generation and follow-up to final vehicle delivery.

  • Coordinate with the Finance and Insurance (F&I) department to assist customers with loan processing and documentation.

  • Maintain and update customer interactions accurately within the Sales Force.

  • Achieve monthly retail targets and contribute to the overall growth of the dealership.

  • Participate in outdoor marketing activities and corporate displays to generate new leads.

Requirements

  • Minimum Diploma or any Graduate degree (B.A., B.Com, B.Sc, BBA).

  • Must possess a valid permanent Two-Wheeler or Four-Wheeler driving license.

  • Fluency in the local language and functional knowledge of English.

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-first mindset.

  • Willingness to work in a target-driven environment with a 6-day work week.

  • Basic proficiency in using smartphones and computer applications.

Preferred

  • Prior experience in retail, hospitality, or customer service roles.

  • Basic understanding of car features and the Indian automotive market.

  • Residency within a 10-15 km radius of the showroom location.

Qualifications

Education: Diploma, or Graduate in any stream
