Job Description

This role involves driving business growth by engaging with prospective customers, delivering compelling product presentations, and ensuring a seamless vehicle buying experience. You will be at the forefront of our dealership operations, representing a leading automotive brand while building long-term relationships with our valued clientele.

Key Responsibilities

  • Engage with walk-in customers and digital leads to understand their vehicle requirements and budget constraints.
  • Conduct professional vehicle demonstrations and test drives to highlight key features and benefits.
  • Manage the end-to-end sales process, including documentation, vehicle delivery, and post-delivery follow-ups.
  • Collaborate with the finance and insurance team to offer comprehensive value-added products and financial solutions.
  • Maintain an updated CRM database with accurate lead information, follow-up status, and customer interactions.
  • Participate in off-site events, promotional campaigns, and corporate outreach programs to generate new leads.
  • Achieve monthly sales volume targets while maintaining high standards of customer satisfaction (CSAT) scores.

Requirements

  • 1-3 years of proven experience in automotive or retail sales.
  • Valid two-wheeler or four-wheeler driving license.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills in English and the local regional language.
  • Proficiency in basic computer applications and digital lead management tools.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a customer-centric mindset.
  • Willingness to work on weekends and public holidays as per dealership requirements.

Preferred

  • Prior experience working with an authorized automotive dealership.
  • Strong local network and understanding of the regional market.
  • Knowledge of vehicle financing processes and insurance documentation.

Qualifications
