Drive retail sales by engaging with walk-in customers and prospective leads to achieve monthly volume targets. This role involves managing the entire customer journey from initial inquiry and product demonstration to final vehicle delivery and post-sale follow-up.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle showroom walk-ins and explain vehicle features, specifications, and USPs effectively.
- Generate new leads through cold calling, local marketing activities, and digital inquiries.
- Conduct professional test drives while adhering to safety protocols and highlighting performance benefits.
- Facilitate the sales process including documentation, finance coordination, and insurance options.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with prospective customers via phone and CRM tools to improve conversion rates.
- Ensure a seamless vehicle delivery experience, including PDI (Pre-Delivery Inspection) coordination and hand-over ceremonies.
- Assist in outdoor promotional events, roadshows, and corporate displays to increase brand visibility.
Requirements
- Valid permanent two-wheeler or four-wheeler driving license.
- Excellent verbal communication skills in the local language and English.
- Ability to work in a high-pressure, target-driven retail environment.
- Willingness to work on weekends with a rotational week-off.
- Basic proficiency in smartphone applications and computer systems.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach.
