This role focuses on driving vehicle sales by managing the complete customer journey from initial inquiry to final delivery. Key Responsibilities
- Manage showroom walk-ins and digital leads to provide comprehensive product presentations and feature explanations.
- Conduct professional test drives for prospective customers while adhering to safety protocols and OEM standards.
- Generate proactive leads through field activities, corporate visits, and referral networks to build a robust sales pipeline.
- Maintain meticulous records of all customer interactions and lead statuses in the Dealer Management System (DMS).
- Coordinate with the Finance and Insurance (F&I) department to facilitate loan approvals and insurance documentation for customers.
- Execute the vehicle delivery process ensuring a premium 'Star Delivery' experience for every customer.
- Follow up regularly with lost or cold leads to maintain brand recall and drive future conversions.
- Collaborate with the exchange department to evaluate pre-owned vehicles and provide competitive trade-in offers.
Requirements
- 1-3 years of proven experience in automotive sales or high-value retail sectors.
- Valid permanent four-wheeler and two-wheeler driving license.
- Fluency in the local language and functional proficiency in English.
- Strong negotiation skills with a target-oriented mindset.
- Availability to work a standard 6-day week, including weekends.
- Excellent personal grooming and professional etiquette.
Preferred
- Previous experience working with an authorized OEM dealership.
- Basic understanding of automobile mechanicals and technical specifications.
