Job Description

This role focuses on driving revenue growth through proactive customer engagement and lead management in a dynamic dealership environment. It involves delivering exceptional showroom experiences while ensuring seamless vehicle delivery processes and maintaining high standards of customer satisfaction across all touchpoints.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the end-to-end sales process from initial lead generation to final vehicle delivery.

  • Conduct professional product demonstrations and organized test drives for prospective buyers to highlight vehicle features.

  • Maintain accurate and timely records in the Dealer Management System (DMS) and update CRM daily.

  • Coordinate with the Finance and Insurance (F&I) department to facilitate loan approvals and policy issuances.

  • Execute proactive follow-ups on digital leads and conduct cold calls to expand the sales pipeline.

  • Ensure the showroom floor and display vehicles adhere to OEM brand standards at all times.

  • Handle customer queries regarding vehicle specifications, pricing, and availability with high accuracy.

  • Collaborate with the pre-owned car team to facilitate vehicle exchanges and evaluations for customers.

Requirements

  • 1-3 years of experience in automotive sales or high-value retail sales.

  • Valid Permanent Driving License (Two-wheeler and Four-wheeler is mandatory).

  • Fluency in the local language.

  • Ability to work a standard 6-day week including weekends.

  • Strong understanding of the local automotive market and competitor landscape.

  • Basic computer literacy for data entry and reporting.

Preferred

  • Prior experience working with authorized dealerships.

Technical

Product Demonstration, Sales Funnel Management, Microsoft Office Basic, Vehicle Specification Comparison

Negotiation, Active Listening, Persuasive Communication, Time Management, Customer Relationship Building

Qualifications

Education: Graduate in any stream or Diploma in Automobile/Mechanical Engineering

Experience: 1 to 3 years of relevant sales experience

Certifications: Valid Driving License.

Work Environment

On-site role within a professional showroom atmosphere. Includes frequent local travel for home test drives, corporate displays, and promotional events.

Growth Opportunities

Opportunity to progress to Senior Sales Consultant, Team Leader, or Sales Manager roles within the dealership's expanding network across Kerala.
