This role focuses on driving retail growth by engaging with walk-in customers and managing lead pipelines within a high-energy showroom environment. The successful candidate will act as a brand ambassador, ensuring every visitor receives personalized product advice while contributing to a collaborative and supportive team culture.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet walk-in customers and conduct thorough needs analysis by asking strategic questions and observing customer preferences.
- Recommend suitable vehicle models and variants based on the identified customer requirements and budget.
- Present and explain various value-added services including insurance, finance options, and genuine accessories to provide a holistic solution.
- Deliver detailed product demonstrations and conduct test drives to showcase vehicle features and performance.
- Communicate current OEM offers, exchange schemes, and promotional discounts effectively to prospective buyers.
- Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions and lead statuses in the company CRM system.
- Escalate complex customer queries or unique requirements to the Team Leader or Sales Manager when an immediate solution is not available.
- Coordinate the vehicle delivery process to ensure a premium and celebratory experience for the customer.
Requirements
- Minimum 12th Pass or Graduate in any stream from a recognized board/university.
- Valid two-wheeler driving license and a personal vehicle for local travel.
- Fluency in the local language and a working knowledge of English.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach to problem-solving.
- Availability to work on weekends as per standard automotive retail shifts.
- Basic proficiency in using mobile applications and computer systems.
Preferred
- Prior experience in retail, hospitality, or direct sales roles.
- Basic understanding of the Indian automotive market and competitor brands.
- Certification in sales or customer relationship management.
