This role involves driving vehicle sales by engaging with potential customers through showroom walk-ins and field-based lead generation. The focus is on providing exceptional product demonstrations and managing the entire customer journey from initial inquiry to vehicle delivery and post-sales follow-up.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage showroom walk-in customers and handle digital leads assigned through the CRM system.
- Conduct professional product demonstrations and organize test drives for prospective buyers.
- Perform outdoor marketing activities, corporate visits, and participate in dealership roadshows.
- Guide customers through the documentation process, including finance options, insurance, and RTO requirements.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets for vehicle units and value-added services.
- Maintain meticulous records of all customer interactions and follow-up schedules in the Dealer Management System (DMS).
- Coordinate with the stockyard and PDI team to ensure timely and error-free vehicle delivery.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers to generate referrals and repeat business.
Requirements
- Minimum 12th pass or Graduate in any stream from a recognized board/university.
- Valid permanent two-wheeler and four-wheeler driving license.
- Fluency in the local regional language and functional knowledge of English.
- Willingness to travel locally for field visits and customer meetings.
- Basic proficiency in using smartphones and computer applications.
- Strong understanding of the local automotive market and competitor offerings.
Preferred
- Previous experience in automotive retail or consumer-facing sales roles.
- Certification in Sales or Customer Relationship Management.
- Knowledge of RTO regulations and motor insurance processes.

Qualifications

Certifications: Valid Indian Driving License (LVM/Two-wheeler), OEM Sales Training Certification (preferred)
Work Environment
On-site dealership environment with frequent local travel for field activities. Standard 6-day work week with rostered weekly offs.
