Key Responsibilities
- Manage showroom walk-ins and convert potential inquiries into confirmed vehicle bookings through effective product presentations.
- Conduct professional vehicle demonstrations and test drives, ensuring all safety protocols and OEM standards are followed.
- Maintain meticulous records of lead interactions and customer follow-ups within the Dealer Management System (DMS).
- Coordinate with the Finance and Insurance (F&I) team to provide customers with comprehensive purchase solutions.
- Facilitate the vehicle delivery process, ensuring a premium 'handover' experience that maximizes customer satisfaction.
- Participate in outdoor sales activities, corporate displays, and promotional events to generate new leads.
- Achieve monthly sales volume targets and value-added service goals as defined by the Sales Manager.
- Collect and analyze market feedback on competitor products and pricing to improve sales pitches.
Requirements
- 1-3 years of proven experience in retail sales, preferably within the automotive or high-value consumer goods sector.
- A valid permanent driving license for four-wheelers (mandatory for conducting test drives).
- Strong command over the local language and functional proficiency in English.
- Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills with a customer-centric mindset.
- Basic computer literacy for handling digital sales tools and lead management systems.
- Ability to work effectively in a target-driven, fast-paced environment.
Preferred
- Previous experience working with an authorized OEM dealership.
- In-depth knowledge of current automotive market trends and competitor models in India.
- Certification in sales techniques or customer relationship management.
