Job Description

Focuses on driving vehicle sales by identifying potential leads and guiding customers through the entire purchasing journey. This role involves proactive market engagement to enhance brand visibility and achieve monthly retail targets within a competitive dealership environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conducting proactive lead generation through cold calling, field visits, and digital inquiries to build a robust sales pipeline.

  • Providing detailed product demonstrations and facilitating test drives to showcase vehicle features and performance.

  • Managing the end-to-end sales process, including price negotiations, financing options, and insurance coordination.

  • Maintaining accurate and timely records in the Dealer Management System (DMS) and CRM platforms.

  • Ensuring seamless vehicle delivery and conducting post-sale follow-ups to build long-term customer relationships.

  • Collaborating with the finance and insurance (F&I) team to provide comprehensive solutions to customers.

  • Participating in outdoor promotional activities, roadshows, and corporate displays to increase brand awareness.

Requirements

  • 1-3 years of experience in automotive sales or a high-pressure retail environment.

  • Valid two-wheeler or four-wheeler driving license (mandatory for conducting test drives).

  • Fluency in the local language and a working knowledge of English.

  • Proficiency in basic computer applications and standard CRM software.

  • Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills with a target-oriented mindset.

  • Ability to work 6 days a week, including weekends as per standard dealership norms.

Preferred

  • Previous experience with an authorized OEM dealership.

  • Certification in sales training or customer relationship management.

  • Deep understanding of local automotive market trends and competitor offerings.

Qualifications

Education: Graduate in any stream (preferred) or 12th Pass with significant relevant experience

Experience: 1 to 3 years in Automotive Sales or Retail Sales

Certifications: OEM Product Certification, Test Drive Certification
