Job Description

This role is designed for high-energy individuals passionate about driving customer satisfaction and achieving sales targets within a dealership environment. You will be responsible for managing the end-to-end customer journey, from initial inquiry to vehicle delivery, while upholding the premium standards of our brand.

Key Responsibilities

  • Engage with walk-in customers and digital leads to understand their vehicle requirements and budget.
  • Conduct professional vehicle demonstrations and test drives to highlight key features and benefits.
  • Manage the complete sales pipeline in the dealership CRM, ensuring timely follow-ups and lead conversions.
  • Assist customers with financial documentation, insurance options, and vehicle registration processes.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction throughout the sales cycle to drive referrals and repeat business.
  • Collaborate with the finance and accessories team to maximize the value of each transaction.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of product specifications, competitor offerings, and current promotional schemes.

Requirements

  • Graduate degree in any stream from a recognized university.
  • Proven experience in automotive sales or a retail-driven customer-facing role.
  • Valid two-wheeler or four-wheeler driving license as per regional requirements.
  • Strong proficiency in local language, Hindi, and English.
  • Ability to work in a 6-day work week environment, including weekends and public holidays.
  • Basic proficiency in MS Office and digital lead management tools.

Preferred

  • Prior experience working with a recognized OEM dealership.
  • Familiarity with DMS (Dealer Management Systems) software.
  • Established track record of achieving monthly sales targets.

Technical

Qualifications

Education: Graduate (Any Stream)

Experience: 2-5 years of relevant experience in retail or automotive sales

Certifications: OEM Sales Certification (preferred), Valid Driving License

Work Environment

On-site at the dealership showroom; requires a professional appearance and the ability to interact with diverse customer segments in a fast-paced environment.
