This role is essential for maintaining the operational efficiency and cleanliness of the service hub while providing critical field support. It involves a mix of workshop maintenance, vehicle preparation, and emergency roadside assistance to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute thorough cleaning and detailing of vehicles both inside and out before delivery to customers.
- Maintain the service hub and workshop area in a clean, organized, and hazard-free condition.
- Monitor and manage the charging of electric vehicles and spare batteries, ensuring they are ready for use.
- Provide prompt Roadside Assistance (RSA) support for vehicle breakdowns and recovery tasks.
- Assist senior technicians and service advisors in moving vehicles within the workshop premises.
- Ensure all workshop tools and equipment are cleaned and returned to their designated storage areas after use.
- Manage the inventory of cleaning supplies and basic consumables, reporting shortages to the supervisor.
- Assist in the loading and unloading of spare parts and workshop materials from delivery vehicles.
Requirements
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting and standing for extended periods.
- Valid two-wheeler driving license is mandatory for RSA and vehicle movement.
- Willingness to work in a 6-day work week and handle on-call RSA requirements.
- Basic understanding of vehicle components and safety protocols within a workshop.
- Disciplined approach to work with a focus on punctuality and reliability.
Preferred
- Prior experience working in an authorized automotive service center or garage.
- Basic knowledge of Electric Vehicle (EV) charging infrastructure and battery handling.
- Ability to communicate effectively in the local language and basic English.

The role is based on-site at the service workshop with frequent travel within the city for Roadside Assistance. Standard 6-day work week applies.
