Job Description

This role involves overseeing the complete employee lifecycle and ensuring alignment with organizational goals within our automotive dealership network. You will be responsible for building a high-performance culture, managing statutory compliance, and driving employee engagement initiatives across our service and sales divisions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment process for technical, sales, and administrative roles across dealership locations.
  • Ensure 100% compliance with labor laws, including PF, ESI, Gratuity, and state-specific Shops & Establishment Act regulations.
  • Handle employee grievance redressal, disciplinary actions, and maintain a professional work environment.
  • Administer payroll processing, attendance management, and leave tracking using the company DMS and HRIS tools.
  • Conduct induction and orientation programs for new hires, focusing on brand values and operational standards.
  • Design and execute employee engagement programs to improve retention and morale in a fast-paced retail environment.
  • Manage performance appraisal cycles and training and development initiatives for frontline staff.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in HR operations within a retail, manufacturing, or automotive service setup.
  • In-depth knowledge of Indian labor laws and statutory compliance requirements.
  • Hands-on experience in managing end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing via Naukri and LinkedIn.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel for reporting and data management.
  • Strong command of written and spoken English and the local regional language.
  • Ability to work in an on-site, high-intensity environment with a 6-day work week.

Preferred

  • Prior experience in an automotive dealership or OEM-affiliated network.
  • Experience handling a workforce of 100+ employees across multiple locations.
  • Certification in HR Management or Labour Laws from a reputed institute.

Work Environment

This is a full-time, on-site position based at our dealership/corporate office. The role requires regular interaction with department heads and field staff, following a standard 6-day work week (Monday to Saturday) with standard business hours.
