Job Description

Act as the primary bridge between the dealership and its valued clients to ensure seamless communication and high levels of brand loyalty. This role focuses on maintaining the dealership's reputation by proactively addressing customer queries and gathering vital feedback on service and sales quality.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage inbound and outbound calls for service reminders, appointment bookings, and feedback collection.

  • Update and maintain accurate customer records and interaction history in the Dealer Management System (DMS).

  • Conduct Post-Service Feedback (PSF) and Post-Sales Feedback calls to measure and document customer satisfaction levels.

  • Coordinate with the service and sales departments to resolve customer grievances within the stipulated Turnaround Time (TAT).

  • Assist in organizing customer engagement events, seasonal service camps, and new vehicle delivery ceremonies.

  • Generate daily and weekly reports on customer satisfaction scores, pending complaints, and call productivity.

  • Educate customers about ongoing AMC (Annual Maintenance Contract) schemes, extended warranties, and value-added services.

Requirements

  • Completed 2nd PUC and above

  • Fluency in the local language and functional proficiency in English.

  • Basic computer literacy, including experience with MS Excel and Email communication.

  • Strong telephonic etiquette and a patient, customer-centric approach.

  • Willingness to work in a high-pressure retail dealership environment.

  • Ability to handle 6-day work weeks as per industry standards.

Preferred

  • Previous internship or experience in a BPO, hospitality, or retail front-desk role.

  • Familiarity with automotive terminology and basic car/bike functions.

  • Resident of the local area for ease of commute.

Qualifications

Education: 2nd PUC / Graduate degree from a recognized Indian university.

Experience: 0-1 years (Freshers with excellent communication skills are encouraged to apply).

Certifications: Basic Computer Certification, Soft Skills or Customer Service training (optional)

Work Environment

Professional on-site dealership office. Standard 6-day work week (9:30 AM - 6:30 PM).

Growth Opportunities

Candidates can advance to Senior CCE, CRM Coordinator, or transition into Service Advisor or Sales Consultant roles based on performance and interest.
