· Sales & Market Share Growth - Fleet & Corporate Relations, Retail & Network Expansion, Financing & Liasoning
· Service & Aftersales Excellence – All Round Workshop Performance
· OEM & Stakeholder Management - OEM Relationship, Target Alignment
· Team Leadership & Culture - Talent Development, Performance Metrics

Experience :: 15–20+ years of experience in the automotive industry, with at least 5+ years in a senior leadership role (Vice President, General Manager, or Business Head) explicitly within the Commercial Vehicle (CV) segment.
