This role focuses on driving retail growth by engaging with potential customers and guiding them through the vehicle purchasing journey. It involves representing the brand, managing showroom walk-ins, and proactively generating leads to meet monthly sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet walk-in customers and provide comprehensive product demonstrations of vehicle features and specifications.
- Conduct proactive lead generation through cold calling, field visits, and local marketing events.
- Schedule and facilitate vehicle test drives for prospective buyers while ensuring all safety protocols are followed.
- Manage the end-to-end sales process, including price negotiations, documentation, and coordination for vehicle delivery.
- Assist customers with finance and insurance options in coordination with the F&I department.
- Maintain accurate and timely records of all customer interactions and leads in the dealership's CRM system.
- Follow up regularly with prospective leads to ensure high conversion rates and customer retention.
- Coordinate with the stockyard and PDI team to ensure vehicles are ready for delivery as per the promised schedule.
Requirements
- Possession of a valid two-wheeler or four-wheeler driving license.
- Excellent verbal communication skills in the local language and English.
- High level of personal grooming and professional presentation.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment with a 6-day work week.
- Basic proficiency in computer operations and mobile applications for CRM usage.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly with diverse customers.
Preferred
- Prior experience in retail sales or customer service internships.
- General knowledge of the local automotive market and competitor brands.

Qualifications
Education
Graduate in any stream (B.A., B.Com, B.Sc, BBA) or 12th Pass with relevant experience.
